More than 100 children were presented with free gifts during the Annual Three Kings’ Day celebration held on Sat., Jan. 3rd at P.S. 5, at East 149th Street and Jackson Avenue. Together with sponsors, Borough President Rubén Díaz, Jr., State Senator Rubén Díaz Sr., and Assemblymember Marcos Crespo handed out gifts. Actors in costumes recreated the day when those of the Christian faith celebrate the visit of the Three Wise Men Melchor, Gaspar and Balthazar, who brought gifts for the infant Jesus.

Más de 100 niños recibieron regalos durante la celebración anual del día de los Tres Reyes Magos el sábado 3 de enero en la P.S. 5, en la calle 149 este y la avenida Jackson. Junto con patrocinadores, el presidente del condado, Rubén Díaz, Jr.; el senador estatal Rubén Díaz Sr., y el asambleísta Marcos Crespo, entregaron regalos. Actores disfrazados recrearon el día en que los de la fe cristiana celebran la visita de los Reyes Magos Melchor, Gaspar y Baltasar, quienes llevaron regalos para el niño Jesús.
