Bronx Safety City is offering free car seat inspections Fri., Jun., 24th starting at 1:30 p.m. A child passenger safety technician will ensure your car seat/booster seat is installed properly, that it is facing in the right direction and that it is appropriate for the height and weight of your child. Join Wave Hill Director of Facilities Frank Perrone on Sat., Jun., 25, 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. for a 2-day workshop on how to make a potting bench. The bench will be designed with folding components, making it easy for moving around. No previous carpentry experience is needed.
