Notification issued 6/15/15 at 9:00 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Rafael Rosas, a 66-year-old Hispanic male with Alzheimer’s, from the area of University Avenue and Merriam Avenue in The Bronx. He is described as being 5’4″ tall and 150lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

Mr. Rosas was last seen at approximately 11:00 PM on 6/13, wearing a gray shirt, blue shorts, and brown sandals.
