Third grade students at St. Ann’s School in the Bronx presented a “live action wax museum” to students, faculty and staff as the culmination of independent history projects Thurs., May 15th.

The students dressed as historical figures, including Roberto Clemente and President Barack Obama, which they have been researching all school year. They wore buttons similar to traditional, animatronic wax figures that when pressed, prompted eachstudent to give a biographical account of their subject’s life. In addition, each student created an in-depth information board for their subject, detailing their life, major accomplishments and interesting facts.
